User Settings

The User Settings page allows you to manage your personal account information, update your password, manage browser sessions, and configure security settings.

  1. Navigate to Settings in the main menu
  2. Click on User Settings
  1. In the Profile Information section, update your:
    • Name: Your full name
    • Email: Your email address (used for login and notifications)
  2. Click the Save icon to update your profile
  3. You’ll receive a success notification when changes are saved
  • Your email address is used for login, so ensure it’s valid and accessible
  • Profile changes take effect immediately
  • If you change your email, you may need to verify the new address
  1. In the Update Password section, enter:
    • Current Password: Your existing password
    • New Password: Your desired new password
    • Confirm New Password: Re-enter your new password
  2. Click the Save icon to change your password
  3. You’ll receive a success notification when your password is updated
  • Passwords must be at least 3 characters long
  • Use a strong, unique password for security
  • Don’t reuse passwords from other accounts

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. Currently, 2FA is not enabled in PropSheet, but this feature may be available in future updates.

The Browser Sessions section shows all devices and browsers where you’re currently logged in, including:

  • Device/browser name
  • Last active time
  • Creation date
  • Current session indicator

If you suspect unauthorised access or want to log out from other devices:

  1. Scroll to the Browser Sessions section
  2. Review the list of active sessions
  3. Click Log Out Other Sessions to sign out from all devices except your current one
  4. You’ll receive a confirmation notification
  • Regularly review your active sessions
  • Log out from devices you no longer use
  • If you notice unfamiliar sessions, change your password immediately

⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

  1. Scroll to the Delete Account section
  2. Review the warning message
  3. Important: Download any data you wish to keep before deletion
  4. Click Delete Account to permanently remove your account
  5. You’ll be logged out and redirected to the login page
  • Export any compliance records you need
  • Download reports and documentation
  • Inform your team if you’re the account owner
  • Consider transferring ownership if needed
