Quick Start Guide

Get your PropSheet FSA Compliance system up and running in just a few minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Account

1. Visit the [registration page](https://app.propsheet.co.uk/register)
2. Enter your food business details
3. Verify your email address

Step 2: Set Up Your Business Profile

1. Add your food business name and contact information
2. Upload your logo (optional)
3. Set your business type and location

Step 3: Connect Sensors

Set up sensor integration to automatically collect temperature and environmental data:

1. Go to Settings → Sensors
2. Add your sensor devices:
   • Sensor Name (e.g., “Cold Storage”, “Hot Holding”)
   • Sensor Type (Temperature, Humidity, etc.)
   • Location (e.g., “Kitchen”, “Storage Room”)
   • Alert Thresholds (Set minimum/maximum values)
3. Click Save Changes

Tip: Sensor integration ensures automatic data collection, eliminating manual temperature checks.

Step 4: Configure Digital Forms

Set up your FSA and SFBB digital forms:

1. Go to Forms → FSA Forms
2. Select the forms you need:
   • FSA Compliance Forms
   • SFBB (Safer Food, Better Business) Forms
   • Custom Forms (if needed)
3. Configure form fields and requirements
4. Click Save Changes

Note: All forms can be completed on your iPhone or iPad using the mobile app.

Step 5: Set Up Audit Trail

Configure automatic audit trail generation:

1. Go to Settings → Audit Trail
2. Enable automatic log generation
3. Configure timestamp settings
4. Set up tamper-proof record keeping
5. Click Save Settings

Important: Audit trails are automatically timestamped and cannot be modified, ensuring compliance for EHOs.

Step 6: Configure External Reporting

Set up integration with your preferred third-party systems:

1. Go to Settings → External Reporting
2. Add your external system:
   • System Name (e.g., “Compliance Management System”)
   • API Endpoint or Upload URL
   • Authentication (API key or credentials)
3. Test the connection
4. Configure automatic uploads (optional)
5. Click Save Settings

Tip: You can upload completed FSA-required reports directly from your iPhone or iPad.

Step 7: Start Using FSA Compliance

Your FSA compliance system is now ready! You can:

• Complete all FSA and SFBB forms digitally
• Automatically collect sensor data
• Generate timestamped audit trails
• Upload reports to external systems
• Stay audit-ready 24/7
