Team Members

The Team Members page allows you to manage users who have access to your PropSheet account. You can invite new team members, assign roles, and remove team members as needed.

  1. Navigate to Settings in the main menu
  2. Click on Team Members
  • Full access to all features
  • Can manage team members
  • Can manage subscriptions
  • Can delete the account
  • Only one owner per account
  • Can access forms and complete compliance records
  • Limited access to settings
  • Cannot manage team members
  • Cannot manage subscriptions
  1. Click Invite Team Member button
  2. Enter the team member’s email address
  3. Select their role (Staff)
  4. Click Send Invitation
  5. The team member will receive an email invitation
  1. Team member receives an email invitation
  2. They click the invitation link
  3. If they don’t have an account, they register
  4. If they have an account, they accept the invitation
  5. They’re automatically added to your team
  • Pending invitations are displayed on the Team Members page
  • You can see who was invited and when
  • Invitations can be cancelled if needed
  • Invitations expire after a certain period

The team members list displays:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Role
  • Status (active, pending)
  1. Click the Delete icon next to a team member
  2. Confirm the removal
  3. The team member will lose access to your account

⚠️ Warning: Removing a team member cannot be undone. They will need to be re-invited to regain access.

  • Read Permission: Required to view team members
  • Write Permission: Required to invite or remove team members

Only account owners can manage team members. If you don’t have the required permissions, contact your account owner.

  • Only invite team members who need access
  • Assign appropriate roles based on responsibilities
  • Regularly review team member list
  • Remove team members who no longer need access
  • Keep team member email addresses up to date
  • Team members can access company data based on their role
  • Review team member access regularly
  • Remove access immediately when team members leave
  • Use strong passwords and security practices
